Complete the Questionnaire and Payment. A Medicare number or Individual Healthcare Identifier (IHI) is required for verification. All Australian residents, be it citizen or non-citizen, have an IHI, with application instructions provided in the assessment.

Within 12-24 business hours, one of our expert doctors will review your questionnaire, contact you for confirmation, and, with your consent, initiate a Quitline referral —connecting you with additional, ongoing support to strengthen your quit journey.

Personalised Support:
If deemed clinically appropriate, you’ll receive your tailored prescription via SMS e-token or email—making it easy, secure, and convenient to access the support you need to quit. Our team ensures your treatment aligns with your unique needs and goals.

Finalise Your Plan:
One of our trusted partner pharmacies will contact you directly to arrange your vaping products order, providing personalised guidance and ensuring a smooth, timely delivery to support your quit journey every step of the way.
